DOMESTIC SHIPPING - Flat rate of $30 via DHL EXPRESS

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - This will be calculated once the product enquiry form has been filled out and we receive all necessary information.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been shipped.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days, excluding public holidays.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. Christie Nicole Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Christie Nicole Pty Ltd.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Please note that orders above 2500 USD shipped internationally require a formal customs clearance. DHL may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or a social security number in order to complete the delivery to your doorstep.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that shipping outside of Australia could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer's national tax/customs authorities.

For orders placed outside of Australia duties and taxes are not included and they shall be borne directly by the Customer upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country.

REFUSED DELIVERY

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
